Before dispatch, we share Quality Check (QC) photos and/or videos of the exact pair being shipped only if the customer ask for it. This helps ensure complete transparency and allows you to verify the product before it leaves our facility.

In the rare event that the product you receive is different from the pair shown in the QC photos or videos, or if there is an issue on our end that leaves you unsatisfied, we take full responsibility.

In such cases, we will arrange for:

• A replacement of the product, or
• A refund, depending on the situation and customer preference.
